Thank you for choosing the RIDE Kid Kard. Our hope is that sharing this card will help facilitate your child’s interactions with individuals such as coaches, teachers and even law enforcement.

You will need to have 2 images of your child available to upload for the design. Please answer questions to the best of your ability.

When entering text, please be sure to speak in your child’s voice (eg: “I am sensitive to food textures;” “ I enjoy being around friends but prefer to play alone. If you give me time I will join my friends when ready.”)
