Individualized Case Management
RIDE Pillars:
The Five A's
INTAKE & MONITOR
Assess immediate needs. Has the child already been diagnosed, or are they in need of a diagnosis? Once established, evaluate cases on periodic basis and re-assess client needs as they evolve.
1. AWARENESS
Help educate parents/care providers on specific disabilities and types of available treatment options, as well as legislation outlining their legal rights. Help community institutions (such as schools) identify potential signs of developmental delays, disabilities, and learning differences in children.
Provide access to resources to obtain diagnoses if needed, and resources to begin services/treatment.

3. ADVOCACY
Help parents/care providers learn how to advocate for their children's needs, such as navigating conversations with doctors and government employees. RIDE will also provide direct advocacy as needed.
Match parents/care providers with public agencies and nonprofit organizations to help subsidize the cost of care/therapy based on their specific needs, as well as access to a group of peers facing similar challenges to create a wider support community.
5. ALLIANCES
Develop and nurture strong partnerships with government agencies, private and nonprofit organizations, and educational facilities to equip parents with the tools, knowledge, and resources they need to address their child's disability and help them thrive. Leverage strategic partnerships to provide clients with access to additional products, services, events and online content.
